The Person

The story so far.

John Sunart is an experienced service designer, strategist and facilitator. Over the last fifteen years, he's worked in-house, in agencies, and as a freelancer.

He has developed his facilitation-led craft by working with industry giants such as Sony PlayStation, Google and LVMH, as well as start-ups fresh from the drawing board.

The ability to create structured collaboration has been his superpower, and his love of sharing skills with the wider community has driven the creation of the Facilitation Studio.
